Privacy
Effective 4 November 2026. Get A Custom One, Renton, Washington, operates MACH 01 Council. Questions and answers are not written to our server.
What we store
- A random visitor id in an essential cookie, so the free questions and the subscription stay with this browser.
- A hash of the network address, used only to stop a new cookie from collecting another free allotment. We do not keep the address itself.
- The plan, the questions remaining, and the period end.
- For each model call: the provider, model, token counts, estimated cost, and time. Not the question and not the answer.
- An email address only if you ask for notifications and check the consent box.
- A Stripe customer id after you pay. Card numbers stay at Stripe.
What is sent to model providers
The question you submit is sent to xAI, Google, and DeepInfra so they can answer it. Their terms apply to that processing. Do not include secrets in a question.
Cookies
The visitor cookie is essential. It is how the lock and the subscription are enforced. We do not use it for advertising. If a Termly consent tool is connected, it manages any further cookies. Until then, this page sets the essential cookie and no others.
Notifications
We email you only if you asked. Write to the address you signed up from and ask to be removed, or use support@mach01.tech.
Deletion
Ask support@mach01.tech to delete the visitor record and any notification address. Token totals that do not identify you may remain in the accounting log. Stripe keeps its own payment records.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not want accounts from anyone under 18.
