MACH 01 COUNCIL
Refund policy
Effective 4 November 2026. Get A Custom One, Renton, Washington, does not offer refunds on MACH 01 Council.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. Model tokens are consumed when a question runs. A change of mind, an unused balance, a wrong or unhelpful answer, or a canceled renewal is not a refund. Unused questions expire at the end of the period and are not converted to money.
A chargeback or a payment dispute ends access immediately. Remaining questions are forfeited. We may refuse another subscription after a dispute.
If every seat fails, that question is returned to your balance. That is not a cash refund.
Where a statute says a waiver of a refund right is not allowed, that statute controls and this policy applies to everything else. Nothing here is an invitation to use the service and then dispute the charge.
