MACH 01 COUNCIL

Terms of Service

Effective 4 November 2026. These terms are between you and Get A Custom One, Renton, Washington (“we”, “us”). They cover the MACH 01 Council site and the paid council service.

The service

The council sends your question to model providers and returns their answers. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or offensive despite the filters. It is not legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. Do not rely on it for those decisions.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18. One person, one subscription. You may not share a seat, resell access, or script new browsers to collect free questions. We may refuse service.

Free questions

A first browser on a network may receive 3 full answers and 7 answers of at most 240 characters. You choose which pool a question spends. When a pool is empty, that length stops. When both are empty, the council locks. Clearing cookies does not restore the free questions. The free allotment is not a promise that it will be offered again.

Subscriptions

Bench, Pro, and Council are paid in advance through Stripe for a month or a year. The question counts on the pricing page are the whole allotment for that period. Unused questions end when the period ends. They do not roll over and they have no cash value. We do not extend credit and we do not invoice after use. If a provider seat is unavailable, the other seats still answer. A question is returned only when every seat fails.

Your content

You keep what you type. You give us permission to send the question to the model providers solely to produce that answer. We do not store the question or the answer on our server. Do not send us secrets you cannot afford to transmit to those providers.

Acceptable use

The usage policy is part of these terms. We may suspend or end access for a breach. A suspension for breach does not create a refund.

Payment and ending

You authorize Stripe to charge the price shown before the period starts, and to renew until you cancel. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal before renewal if you do not want another period. Access continues until the period you already paid for ends, then the council locks. Canceling does not restore free questions.

Limits on our side

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is the amount you paid us for the council in the month before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places the limit is the smallest one the law allows.

Disputes

Washington State law governs, excluding its conflict rules. Courts in King County, Washington are the venue. You will bring claims only as an individual, not as a class or representative action, where that waiver is allowed. If a statute gives you a right we cannot waive, that right remains.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use after the new date is acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the next renewal.
