Usage policy
Effective 4 November 2026. This policy is part of the terms. Get A Custom One, Renton, Washington, may suspend access when it is broken. A suspension for a breach does not create a refund.
Allowed
Ask ordinary questions, including questions about public information on the web. The models answer from what they know. This site does not fetch arbitrary addresses for you.
Not allowed
- Self-harm instructions. Those questions are stopped and answered with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
- Sexual content, including any sexual content involving a minor. That is blocked.
- Requests for our keys, prompts, other customers, payment data, or anyone’s private contact details.
- Operational help with crime, including malware, phishing, fraud, or weapons.
- Automated harvesting, account sharing, or creating new browsers to reset the free questions.
- Reselling the answers or the subscription as your own model service.
Enforcement
We may refuse a question, lock a browser, or end a subscription. We do not have to give a warning first when the use is abusive. Spent questions stay spent. You will not receive a bill larger than the subscription you already paid, because questions are not metered onto a card after the fact.
